Super Petrel Announces New XP Series

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: The Super Petrel was born in Brazil in 2002, and over the years has advanced in design and technology. The latest advance is an entirely re-designed and re-engineered aircraft in the spirit of the original that has sold 399 versions. Super Petrel announces new XP series for 2023.

The new aircraft announcement was made at the Trifecta Event held at Ormond Beach Florida (November 9 – 12, 2022).

The new Super Petrel XP sets a new benchmark for the Light Sport Amphibian Aircraft category. Available in 2023, with either the 912is Rotax or the Turbo 915is Rotax.

With almost 400 Super Petrel aircraft sold worldwide over the past 20 years, Super Petrel has an impeccable safety record. The new XP series is the product of 7 years of design and development.

Super Petrel is now taking orders for the new aircraft with deliveries starting 2023.
